I have been called at least once a day for the last week. They either hang up before I get a chance to answer or there is just silence when I do answer. It s particularly annoying as they are diverted to my mobile phone from my office number .... I have the privilege of paying for the divert ! I have just called their office number and asked to be removed from all future calls / campaigns or whatever. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant (as was I) but I did warn her that I would report any further
call recieved on behalf of my bank -when asked he gave no details of bank due to confidentiality. I requested no further calls and hungup. Recent spate of courier fraud attempts in area.

SCAM / SPAM A new Amazon Prime scam call today. 8 days ago we had the same type of call (01203482996 that time) using the same robotic female (possibly Philipino) voice BUT this week the "cost" had almost trebled, they were apparently going to debit £99.99 from our bank account ....... Unless, of course, we pressed button 1 to speak to someone at Amazon. I think this is an attempt to scare those who didn't react to the last threat £39.99) into trying to speak to these evil people.

Gent knew my last name & said he was conducting a survey, i said "i don't answer surveys" & he tried twice more to get me to answer his questions... I had to hang up to get rid of him!!!
Same text received under the name of NatWest; rang back, some automated voice and being queued; not mentioning which bank it is in the automated system; I hanged up shortly after that.
