Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. I was asked to call 07780439611 regarding my bank details. Very suspicious I did not return the call. Banks don t use mobile numbers do they?

Dropped my bill, selling extra internet cover. Never asked for details of bank ect. Seemed like new salesman, almost scared, perhaps my growling Scottish accent would explain that.

Called me 6 times in a row early in the morning and left a voicemail, ignored all calls because I didn t know the number but later found out it was Asda. I have no idea why Asda would be calling me that many times over and over as I do not recall giving them any of my details

They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them

The companies don’t "get" your number, they just block-dial numbers until they get a ring tone so TPS and ex-directory numbers do not offer any protection.
