The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.
Says they want to call to give me a quote for new windows and doors. Yawn!

Posing as BT SCAM / SPAM Phone me three times and twice on the second day. Second time I was rude as I had already asked nicely not to phone me. I received two missed calls on same day from UK numbers (I am in Ireland with an Irish mobile) One already has a long complaint file against them on tellows.co.uk and was classed as a questionable recruitment company, but this one has no comments yet. However I did find this number on two other systems with comments about them trying to do a very persistent sale of Google Adwords and SEO services. I will be ignoring any further calls, particularly since they aren t leaving messages.

Possibly money/identity theft scam. Received an automated call, apparently from HMRC saying that they detected fraud and for me to press 1 to continue otherwise an arrest warrant will be issued in my name and I will be arrested. Just hung up and blocked number.
