Same as others experiences here. I received calls from English speaking Indian males and females saying they are calling from Virgin Media and investigating a fault with my internet broadband. They are so obviously not from VM. I challenge them and they always hang up. As with all the other cases I had previously reported an issue to the real VM line which had already been resolved by an engineer that visited me. They call from "Cambridge University" with a small survey. They do not expain what the survey is about, but instantly go into questions like "are you satisfied with your bank". The questions illicit answers that will be a list of "yes, I approve, etc." In my believe so this can later on be used in scams, asking for loans or whatever in your name. Be aware!
