To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.
Please BT bklock this number. It is clearly a scam but they appera to have details of people which is worrying.
