I questioned her repeatedly - was she perhaps calling the wrong person - and she told me that it was glucosamine "which we're sending out to all pensioners". I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. It seems the criminals, who obtained personal information as a result of leaked information from Talk Talk, are telling people their broadband service is likely to be closed down after 24 hours. It is rubbish. I did not answer the call, and got my information from other sites.

This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. Fraud call came in from the number 07951 799 817 they spoke with an Indian accent and claimed to be calling from Microsoft Service. We had been hacked, and it was our duty to Microsoft to allow them access to our PC. When we told them that what poof did we have that we'd been hacked, they got very aggressive and said that it was done to us if we didn't believe them and that it would on our own heads if we lost our money as a result of being hacked. So we put the phone down on them.

Had a call from 01392466432 supposedly from British telecom about a cash refund.This call is a complete scam.Don t be fooled if you get such a call.
They said it was sky and said they were replacing my mums sky card. They also said that as a pensioner she was offered 25% discount. They knew her personal details which worries me. I do know this is not a sky number as listed on their website.
Just asked for a Mr ??. I told them "sorry they must have wrong number" they thanked me and that was that.
