English male knew my name. Claimed that he understood I had had government sponsored fibreglass loft insulation put in several years ago and wanted me to know that it was considered dangerous. I get roughly 10 calls a day from London which I presume is the same company with same first 7 numbers being 020 3966 followed by 2150, 2146 and 2264, no message is ever left ...

Super Alliance Solutions. Uses totally unsolicited calling using UK numbers and a robo caller with a generic South of England accent which identifies itself as "Ava Lawson". I am fed up of these people phoning every day. I try and not pick up if the number looks at all suspicious but it just wastes my time. It is time we stopped these scammers.

I am abroad and had a miss call from this number. As I did not recognize it, I did not return the call. But I started worrying when I saw other 4 missed calls from the same number. Thanks to your reports I saved a roaming call. I HAD a contract with Vodafone, more than a year ago!

Accident recovery scam

Indian accented woman claimed to be calling on behalf of UK Government about access to my bank account. Wanted me to give her details of the account! Not a very good script.

Missed call from this number - when I rang back it was a recorded message saying "This number is for sale for information call 070 4000 1000"

This is the same company "CA services" or "C A Services" that his mate calls from. They share the same phone scrambler which generates these random numbers....

Rang this morning and warned me that one of our computers was generating spam emails in my name. Mike Reed gave me a 32 digit number which he claimed was a Microsoft licence number for all our computers on our network. As I know that each computer has its own licences number I told him I would check this my self and call him back. He gave me this number which I am now checking. Unsolicited cold call-when rang back "please stay on the line you call is important to us"-yep, I put the phone down and blocked the number.

This is a very strange business model
