Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. TalkTalk has no way of knowing if you have a virus or whether other people are using your broadband.
