Number has called 4 times in a week, they always hang up. Lots of noise in the background so clearly a call centre with nothing useful for me. I see this as harassment calling as they never bother to talk !

Another dodgy company using spoofed UK landline numbers.

Some random agency contacted me from this number. They started the call with the usual "Good afternoon, I m xxxx is that surname". I sent them away with a flea in their ear as they didn t understand how impolite it is to call someone by their surname only (not even a Mr). If they can t get my name correct then how can I trust them to get me some business and/or pay invoices etc.

I do not recognise this phone number to be of a business that I have corresponded with and still don't after looking it up. I allowed the call to ring out because of this.

Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. This was their second call. I had put their number in my phone to be blocked but they appear to have gotten around this block and the generic blocking of withheld numbers. I will send written complaint to the Bradford address as well as complaining to other regulators.

Abusive phone call on my mobile from a woman saying she wanted to make me money via the FX markets. She didn t take no for an answer and I after being reasonable for a few minutes put the phone down on her. Horrible woman, horrible company. Do not deal with them.
