Unknown as was blocked on my Android phone by Calls Blacklist PRO (any unknown number not whitelisted or in my contacts will be rejected to voicemail) NOTE that 0116 0xx may be a call centre (have to dial all the digits so may be used for 03xxx 08xxx 09xxx numbers and unusual to see in incoming call, so might have been error in config or a foreign scammer with made-up invalid number
SCAM Automated message claiming to be from Amazon regarding fraudulent activity on my account. Apparently a transaction of £1499 had been charged to the card linked to my account. Number now blocked!

SCAM - pretends to be from Microsoft saying computer has downloaded malicious software. Gets recipient to go to PC. Identifies PC/Mac by asking to describe keyboard. For mac uses Spotlight to launch console - didn’t run with it any further. Caller does know the name accociated with the phone number. Caller has strong asian accent with a regular uk name.

I ve had a call from this number during the last year on several occasions, who rang off when my answer phone tripped in without actually leaving a message. At first I put it down to a miss-hit finger on a wrong key which can happen to anyone. But three times?Next time whoever calls I might decide to knock on their door (property photo listed which I recognise) to see why they keep calling? Silent call from your map this is showing as Blackpool. When I rang it back, it was Crown DoubleGlazing again. I had another silent call a week ago from a Greater Manchester number, also Crown Double Glazing. I don’t need double glazing, have full double glazing fitted, and have not looked for double glazing for 20 years. My windows were fitted a few years ago from someone by verbal recommendation. So don’t know how they have obtained my home ex directory home number.

I received a call today mane from this number- the person concerned tried to leave a VM - but nothing within message. I called this number back - and a person who sounded elderly said he had called a wrong number. Mystified.
We are ex-directory and registered with TPS. This number called us at 7.15 a.m today, 7.45a.m and then continually throughout the day.mwe have had to disconnect our land line because of them . They should be sued. We are disgusted by this harassment.

Pretty sure call was from Sky. Was able to verify person was from sky by asking them information about my account and login on to the online mysky portal and verifying it (correct information about how long I'd been a customer, what my package was, when my direct debit went out and how much it was discounted). Was a phone call to try and upsell products.
