I engaged with him, to spin him along so he would have less time with more vulnerable people but when he realised what I was doing he became very abusive.

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.

Just got a call from this number. A computer generated voice allegedly from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs saying that a letter had been returned to them undelivered and that legal proceedings would commence... At that point I hung up. I would assume that HMRC would have real people working for them, particularly if it was something legal.
Lady called offering iPhones and androids for £30. When I told her she had called a business line she told me she didn't care and she was going to keep calling no matter what I said.

I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! With the sounds of a call centre in the background a lady with a foreign accent said "Hello". I didn't speak (I never respond to call centre calls) and after saying "Hello" a couple of times more she hung up.
