This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Call center - calling several times a day. I didn't answer, but called back and they knew who I was. Asked if I was still a tenant or in housing association and that they were something to do with housing repair service.
