This number & variants of it have called me 7 times over the last 2 days absolutely fed up if it, seems these scammers don’t give up just working out how to block all the numbers

They called asking for someone of a different name. I said it's a wrong number and they hung up. However it sounded very much like a scam call centre. After doing 1471 3 called them back and was hearing a recorded message about them being telly tube or telly shute. Never heard of them.

Maria Wilson from BT Openreach, telling me my IP address has changed from private to public. Very insistent that I was in high danger. Told me she was calling from Hammersmith, London - on a Cardiff number?? Obviously a scam, knew that from the word go but kept stringing her along for 10 mins before I put the phone down on her.

Wanting to know what my cover was and who it was being left to and that they could lower my payments and increase my cover. Asked them who they were.phinong on behalf of! I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

This phone number rang me this morning on my house phone Asian person ask me question but I could not hear properly as I am deaf and very breathless as I've just not long had a heart attack as I was on the phone my son came in a took the phone out of my hand the person on the phone said he will be turning my Internet off, my son said he told him he won't be turning my dad's Internet off and your a con merchant and put the phone down

'Simon tried to deliver a package this morning. but no-one was at home.' I was directed to an http website to rearrange a post office delivery.
