Scam call, caller talks about non existent washing machine policy in this case. They also claim that the number was given to them when the policy was taken out by the phantom policy holder.

told caller they had wrong number so they called me a fucking arse hold told me i had wrong number and they called me, gave me such nasty abuse and laughing, it was a man and i heavly pregnant and called company back but a load of indian people who dont understand or very dodgy company
SCAM Indian lady wanted me to give her my bank account details and dob in order to refund me £202. She said she represented Sky refund dept who had discovered they had been overcharging me for the past 12 months. I said that was odd as I am not a Sky customer. She gave her work address as 81 Newgate St, London. I pointed out that address is occupied by BT. She said Yes, BT and Sky now work together. She gave the postcode as OA4902. I pointed out there is no such postcode in UK.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Asian guy named David,Asked for my mum as he was her grandson, giving 01619326141, to call him back. Asked what he was doing in Manchester(recognised dialling code)as i thought he lived in Liverpool. Told me he just moved. Kept him on phone for 5 mins before telling him that that would make him my son that i knew nothing about. Said that couldn t be possible, he then said why not was i impotent. Told him i got it cut off in an accident 45 years ago then he hung up, lol.s

Calked this morning. Didn't answer as I don't answer numbers I don't know. Left a strange voicemail. Googled the number came up as a scam caller.
SCAM claiming to be from Virgin Media, sounded like an international call. I asked how she got my number - said it was to do with misuse of my IP address. Rude and ‘bossy’ could easily scare a vulnerable person.
Automated message saying my Nat.Insurance had been compromised,hung up.
