This number called and used the voice record (both in English and Chinese) claiming to be NHS. Saying that they noticed an unusual use related to my NHS number and that I should press 1 for English. I didn't follow the instruction anyway.

called me at 8:20 am on 28 February 2023 . Recorded message from "your bank" claiming that there were 2 abnormal transactions on a credit card.
Not a registered business numbers, rings and leaves no message. Clearly started spam calling random numbers from 7th Jan 2023.
SCAM Did I remember having loft insulation under a home insulation scheme? No, because it never happened. I told them in was a scam and they hung up. Voice sounded local, not an overseas call centre.

Utilities Said they were from Virgin media, Indian Accent, knew my name. Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

This was a scam call supposedly from visa. I only answered if because it was a local code
Texted me to say 'thank you' for completing the BT broadband survey, invited me to reply with "NEXT" to have Openreach carry out repairs free of charge. I had not completed a survey so it's obviously a scam. Very convincing text with no spelling mistakes.
