Called by these people offering a free loft roof space check, assured no money involved but if anything detected we would have two years to decide. Loft space checked and said to be in poor state for mould and decay of boards, told it would cost £8k to fix but if we went onto the express service it would be £6,400 but we had to book in right away. We asked for time to think about it and he then appeared to call a colleague who agreed to lower price to £6k but we must firm immediately. We declined.

SCAM txt message from this number. Advising me I’ve been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive. Please order a test kit: with a web address. (Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

This number 07459171333 keeps calling my elderly mother, automated message states large sums of money have been taken from her account. Scaring the life out of her, these scams are disgusting.

SCAM Pretended to be O2, quoted the end of my own phone number they just called me on as 'proof' ???? Asked me if I had another number and something about a code, very hard to understand. As with other scam calls they don't speak until you say 'hello?'

Seems to be scam for sure. After they dialled I’ve had my number spoofed.

Scam (Debt) kept the guy occupied for 15 mins giving him fake details from my end, he was insistant it wasnt a scam but when i questioned where he was and that i could hear bengali in the background he turned nasty calling me every bad name under the sun. if it is not a scam why get so rude. SCAM Woman with strong foreign accent claimed to be from 'BT technical department' (immediately obvious not genuine) and said they had received notifications that my internet was being used by others fraudulently. Pointed out BT not my provider which she ignored, she then tried to guess some letters from my email to 'send me a verification' and when I said that wasn't my email, accused me of lying!!!! Presumably hoping I'd supply my actual email.

Received a cold call purporting to be EE. The number had obviously been spoofed as it belongs to a London Cafe.

Saying that was from Virgin Media, asking to access my computer because my landline was corrupted. It was the 4th call today, different numbers but same story and each time they hang up when I told them I am recording the conversations. I had this type of phone call before and I checked with virgin media and they said is fraud, do not give any information because they do not contact customers with such matter.

I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. I’ve now blocked this number on my phone. SCAM
