SCAM - my local energy advisor is called Bill, apparently. Perhaps he could advise how to get insulation without getting fleeced.
Said he was doing a survey about energy, said that i lived in one on the highest energy use areas in the country and local energy providers want to understand why. I said I would not answer any questions.but he proceeded to ask if I had double glazing.
