Had a missed called from this number, called them back and it turned out these guys are Financial trading company.
Received a call from this number with an electronic voice recording claiming that our BT line was to be disconnected. We are NOT with BT! . This is a scam and a fraud. It was also at 8:30 in the morning when not everyone would be up. I do note that googling this number does seem to produce a former genuine use for it, but i double-checked the number. This was a scammer., There is no question about it.

Fraud . . . A recorded message claiming to be from Amazon, thanking me for renewing my Prime membership and offering me a bargain price for a future renewal. I do not have Amazon Prime membership. Clearly the instigator of the call does not know whether or not I have Amazon Prime membership. I am in Cornwall.

Emmisions advice team, wanted me to enter contract to reclaim compensation for my diesel BMW. Wanted me to agree contract over the phone and text then said they'd send me details and I'd have 14 days to cancel the contract, when I asked for the contract in writing by email first before agreeing to anything she got sh1tty and hung up.

Recorded message stating it was from Amazon telling me my iPhone 7 (yes 7) was being shipped and to press 1 for further information. Got an Asian woman thanking me for calling Amazon with my query, I strung her along for a while before disconnecting, Dangerous.

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. I Believe this is a scam call 01985216376 - I had a call from this number from a person with an Indian accent calling himself Barry. He said he was calling from open reach regarding our internet line, in the background it sounded like an office environment. I called the number back and got an English speaking gentleman called Richard and no office sounds in the background and he was not open reach. They may be tapping in to UK numbers to catch people out. My internet is working Fine by the way.

These cowboys claiming to be locksmiths stick these annoying stickers all over peoples property. Every house in my street now has one of these Cricklewood Locksmith stickers on their front doors. I?ve looked at their reviews and can see why they resort to labelling intercome systems and entrance ways: because that?s the only way they can get business! If they were any good, they wouldn?t need to use illegal and aggressive advertising to make money. Avoid like the plague.
