This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This is a company cold calling about claiming for an accident. I answered as I was expecting a call for something else, usually I ignore numbers I m not familiar with. As soon as they informed me about the accident I had (new to me!) I knew what this call was about so played along. I told them that I had indeed been in an accident and that it was on a bus full of my sports team and that we were all injured. Well, chap was only delighted. Ended up passing my phone around the office to colleagues
