SCAM Didn't know my name and launched into a speil immediately, but i couldn't hear most of what she said as the sound kept cutting out. Became very abusive when I asked her to repeat herself. Eventually hung up on me. I now know how to get these parasites to leave me alone.

Early morning call; the caller claimed to be from amazon asking about an iPhone order(never made) and said someone must have used my details. They asked if I was on an Android or iPhone, or to go to google on chrome to search for 'Anydesk' ( this App is for remote access, so I refused to download it,) when they realized I understood what it was they hung up. Had a call from.this number but im pretty sure its been spoofed as it came up with +44 instead of the full area code. Claiming to be citizens advice which unless you've called them which i havnt they dont call you. Hung up and blocked. Had calls from other similar numbers too and sounded like the call clicked to be recorded was silent to behin with.

This person claimed to be my child who had smashed their phone and wanted me to WhatsApp this number, which I didn’t do. They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. Spam call supposedly from carphone warehouse. I said "I have no contract with carphone warehouse" - and the guy replies "oh, that's ok that's ok, I'm not selling you anything. I just wanted to call and tell you that I love you so much, and I want to marry you". At which point I'd hung up.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
