First he said he was Windows security and when I said all our devices were Apple he said he was calling from Apple security. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who was English, but finally I hung up. Much more aggressive than any other cold call I e had.

Called our TPS registered number, asking for a member of staff by name; then asked for a message to be left for them from Warren at Payzone . A cold-call from a company we do not know and with whom have had no prior dealings (except for them making other cold-calls in the past).

They maintain they are The Home Energy Centre (Chelmsford no.) but no trace of them anywhere. Treat with caution. They even phone you if you are registered with TPS
