Have received 3 calls recently, each one is a prerecorded American voice telling me I'm being investigated for DHSS fraud. Number comes up as a UK mobile issued by EE. Lady with American accent asked for the phone's owner; when asked "who's calling please?" she asked again if she could speak to the owner - we replied "Yes you can, who's calling?" she hung up.
