Very abbusive, caller!

As soon as I answer the call they hang up. Then when I try to call back it tells me the number is not in service!

Receive 4 - 6 calls a day! They have now used 4 different numbers, all located in the same building. In the past week I ve had 32 calls!!!!

Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd

CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT I FOUND A DEBIT OF ?99.99 FROM A FREE TIME CD. I RANG THE BANK WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FROM A PURCHASE I HAD MADE ABOUT A MONTH EARLIER.
