This is a Scam ,but unfortunately it was to late for me.It was not untill they phoned me and said that another claim that I was expecting, they said that had come through.But I phoned another no from my paperwork and they told me it was a scam.I called UKASH to put a block on Voucher.But they had used most of it .They also changed one in to Euros.I am now out of pocket ,plus the 6% that UKASH will charge in getting a refund.SO BE AWARE

When I answered the phone, there is just an awful recorded message saying it’s from Broomfield Hospital & to press a button to hear more. I didn’t know if it was a scam or not as I have had fraudulent calls that sounded like this!! Didn’t press the button just in case as not expecting to hear from the hospital. A text would have been good.

Automated phone thing. When you pick up and say nothing, it clicks off..If you say hello there's some payment protection message.

they rang me this morning and asked to speak to a MR,S C....... I said i dont know anyone by the name of Ess. She tried tried to explain that S was the initial and not the name. I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha.
