SCAM by a fake DPD
They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Silent call from your map this is showing as Blackpool. When I rang it back, it was Crown DoubleGlazing again. I had another silent call a week ago from a Greater Manchester number, also Crown Double Glazing. I don’t need double glazing, have full double glazing fitted, and have not looked for double glazing for 20 years. My windows were fitted a few years ago from someone by verbal recommendation. So don’t know how they have obtained my home ex directory home number.
