They are not to be trusted and attempt to sell you Google Advertising whether that's getting you a 'top search result' or getting you reviews on your maps profile. I received a call from someone who said they were from BT and that they had detected that my BT landline had a low broadband speed... This is unlikely as I don't use BT!!!! This is obviously a scam. Checked the 01322225284 number that came up on my display and found that the caller was phoning from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at Dartford Bridge, UK! Beware, do not give personal or banking details!!!!

I got unwanted rude texts from this phone number

My mobile phone rang and when I looked at the screen it was flashing red and the words 'SCAM CALL' also flashing along with an exclamation mark in a circle. Needless to say that the call was not answered.

Was messaged by this number claiming to be NHS tracing, warning me that I’ve been in contact with someone with Omnicron.

Asian caller claiming to be from the carphone warehouse company (yeah right), about an exciting offer and he could give me the most up-to-date phone. I told him that I don't use mobile phones and just stayed quiet, he hung up about 2 minutes later. What an idiot, the muppet was talking to me on a mobile phone. Now blocked ????

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.

Recorded message from Amazon saying that my Prime Membership had expired etc etc. I do not have an Amazon Prime membership.

I got a message at 3 I'm the morning saying it was The Halifax I have nothing to do with Halifax
