Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. I ended call without proceeding but want others to watch out for such calls as the ber search brought up nothing in terms of an organisation

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.

I didn't catch the company name but it was something to do with home cover - the man asked if I was me, so I said no but could I help. He said he was ringing about the cover on the washing machine at (gave my address), he said it had expired and he just wanted to check if the machine was still in good working order. I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.
This is a computer generated voice (sounds like Mel B from the Spice Girls) and operated by someone typing the answers……why is Russia calling????? Can only be for one purpose to exploit a scam and fraud…….do not engage ….hang up tell them to get a life and new job…..happy hunting comrade…????

Didn’t take the call on my landline but they left a pre recorded message informing me that my card had been used in a foreign transaction twenty minutes before and that I should press 1 to stop it. I rang the number from my mobile a couple of times and each time got the busy tone. I reckon it’s a poor attempt at a scam.
