SCAM. Claiming to be from the 3 mobile network offering latest iPhone for £35 a month. Asking me how much I currently pay (I am with 3 and said “if you are calling from 3 you would know that information”) he said they don’t have customer details in the promotion department!!!!!! Definitely a scam! I’ve been called by them before. Male with Strong Indian accent.

its either nationwide bank or a parcel delivery sms but it did try to charge my skype which was out of credit upon answering the call rude at least warn us if its a collect call but i have about four parcels due in so im pretty sure thats it however it is worth noting it did come in a few seconds after getting off the phone to Nationwide bank which was weird so maybe its them with some kind of satisfaction survey i live in usa now and it dialled either my uk skype or usa skype numbers but i cant see whic

Missed call. Having read the other comments I’m going to block this number. I have blocked so many of these numbers that seem to all belong to the same 2 Indian accent people. A message in a Chinese language was left by whoever dialled the number. Possibly automated. This happened today at 14:47PM and also on numerous occasions in the past. What is strange about this automated message in Chinese, is that I keep hearing it a lot and it is over a year now since this happened, the only difference is that, I see other UK numbers which was displayed on my phone and the same automated message is heard. I have no clue what the message is all about!

Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.

Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.

SCAM robo call saying there had been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank it was and got angry. So I called them out as the scammer they are. According to the scammer all UK people are idiots. I reported it to action fraud.

This number claimed to be from BT. The person said I may have a technical error in my broadband router. I disputed it and I asked the person to give me their number so I could call them back. I was told I could Google it and when I said I was not going to Google it and I asked again for their number the line went dead.

A very similar number , 7342 225631, texted me pretending to be one of my children, saying that they had broken their phone and had to borrow a friend's. Asked me to WhatsApp them on this number.
Person said they were from Currys PC World and asked what type of phone I had. I said I was happy with the one I had.

Sounds like a robot call from a bank anti fraud call. That's why I looked the number up. Since the number hasn't come up on search I can. Only assume its a scam. Anybody else had a call like this? It seems very real
