I received a telegram text message from this number https://t.me/login/24737 followed by a telephone call at 3.30 am ,then a voicemail ,dangerous I think

Made the mistake of answering it, because I have family in Manchester ! Listened long enough to hear, a recorded message - this is Mastercard security…… hung up and blocked the number

A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. 0207 9245544 - this number is a scam!!! Called me twice, I didn't answer as didn't recognize the number. I then googled the number and it's some motability Volkswagen thing in London. I called them four times trying to find out why they called me - they are rude and refuse to tell me why they called me!!! Instead, they demanded my name and then started the sales pitch! I never contacted them and I'm not in London so have nothing to do with them! This is clearly a scam!!!
