They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Bank scam again - Amazon account blocked and money transfer abroad - I just put phone down. I get these calls sometimes 3 or 4 times a week WHY can't something be done to stop them!!!!!

an automated call from an undisclosed bank telling me that there had been a £500 and £1000 spend on my credit card. I can't track down this number anywhere and would also have expected it to tell me which bank was calling..... off to do some further investigation

This number rang me yesterday. It was a recorded message saying money had been taken from our account by Amazon and also a money transfer. It then rang off. This is a scam number. DO NOT ANSWER IT. I HAVE NOT HAD A MONEY TRANSFER AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM AMAZON...BEWARE !!!!!!!

Pretended to be from Virgin Media, but I know they do not call from Manchester and they give their first name when they call you. Clearly a scam

Claims to be BT openreach technical department. couldn't confirm account holder name. wanted me to use laptop or computer to check speeds. Told him I had done that already this morning and was quite happy with it but he was insisting I tried it on my computer or laptop. I was apparently overpaying for the speed i was getting and should be refunded.?!?!? hung up at that point, I couldn't be bothered listening anymore.

SPAM Going by other reports it is a Bank Scam, claiming 2 dodgy payments on your account. But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.

01483 912149 is a harassing company called MotorEasy. Despite telling them numerous times on previous calls, no thank you. The caller is harassing, today it was a guy called Freddie who was both combative and hostile. When will these people ever learn?

Please go to: https://route-reschedule51.com (Livelink in the txt) We were not expecting any deliveries and so far there has been no follow up.. I am convinced this is the well-known Courier Scam.
