Had this number call me everyday. It s an automated machine call. I am going to email the company and tell them I will be charging them ?6 per call I receive plus another ?6 per minute duration of the call. And ?10 per letter / email I have to send them after.

Call from heavily-accented female who told me I have lots of viruses and malware on my computer. I asked where she was from - Windows department(!) I pretended to be shocked and asked her how she could tell and she got me to open event viewer - which I did, to see the normal number of errors and warnings. Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don t call off lists and it was the first time they d attempted to call. He was polite enough but just wouldn t take my word for it. Each time i ve put the phone down after asking them to remove my details but not happened yet. Each time I block the number I just get another call from another DDI.

Heavy foreign accent. Knew my name and postcode. Asked me to confirm these. Nope... because that establishes a link with my phone number.

They called up asking if I had recently been involved in a car crash. It sounded similar to that scam that makes you say yes and then uses your recording to claim that you agreed to some contract or scam your credit card or something. Called from 01527 549490 asking to call this 0845 number - claimed to be from British Gas

Calls then hangs-up after one answers. Tried to call them back & the call gets dropped- hushed voices heard in background!
