I didn't answer and they left no message. They have called twice now.
They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. They have been ringing every half hour or so this afternoon. If I pick up it is silent and they hang up. Who are they??
SCAM claiming to be from Virgin Media, sounded like an international call. I asked how she got my number - said it was to do with misuse of my IP address. Rude and ‘bossy’ could easily scare a vulnerable person.
A man with a strong foreign accent rang to say we had £137 refund from the insurance on our washing machine and wanted bank details so the refund could be made. Definatly a fraudulent attempt.
This is a company which books free home assessments for damp (rising, penetrating, leaks, condensation) and issues caused by insulation previously installed under a freebie government scheme. They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge. If they identify an issue they bring it to you attention. They then compare your home's issue with previous case studies.

Asian guy named David,Asked for my mum as he was her grandson, giving 01619326141, to call him back. Asked what he was doing in Manchester(recognised dialling code)as i thought he lived in Liverpool. Told me he just moved. Kept him on phone for 5 mins before telling him that that would make him my son that i knew nothing about. Said that couldn t be possible, he then said why not was i impotent. Told him i got it cut off in an accident 45 years ago then he hung up, lol.s

Telemarketing company running scams PPI/Insurance reductions and automated messages, today is automated message, type a number to take offer or to stop calls, if you do this you will be charged extremely rates, block this caller they are a con company and if you fall for it they will sell your details, use to work for one of these companies.
Four missed calls over the last two days, today I spoke to someone who told me that from their records i was entitled to ?xxx for my PPI claim. perhaps they ve finished selling boilers and moved onto PPI claims !!
